I hate the term mobile homes, but sometimes that is the best term to describe some of those older trailers. A lot of times it might be better to bulldoze them and start over, but for many reasons, including sentimental value or the fact, the homeowner can't afford anything else.

In these cases, a makeover might be the perfect solution. Keeping all of the best parts of the home, and adding simple touches that can add value and lifestyle to the home.
